3. Vayne

Vayne still is an unbelievably strong pick right now. Vayne is known for her weak early game, but maxing Q can fix this and can help her have a decent laning phase. After she's got two items she'll be the unstoppable monster which we all know her as.

You should pick Vayne, if the enemy team didn't draft much CC or when they have a lot of tanks. You are also an excellent duelist and profit when both supports roam, since you can just all-in the enemy ADC.

Oh, and also you are really good at split-pushing, which not many ADCs can do.

Another tip from me: Play Fleet Footwork. This will just help you so much with easily surviving the lane. Also, in the Statikk + Trinity Build (which you should just go all of the time), there is no in-built life steal. Fleet Footwork fixes those problems and also synergizes with Stattik because of the charged auto attack.

2. Ashe

Ashe has been in a strong spot for a long time now. She's an excellent Blind Pick, since she is a lane bully that also bring a lot of CC. Ashe is also a counter into Caitlyn and Kai'Sa, who are two of the most popular ADCs in the game currently.

You can snowball extremely hard with Ashe and even if you fall behind, you have a lot of utility with your E and R abilities. Also, the slow of your passive is really good at keeping people in the fight as well.

Ashe pairs up really well with enchanters or mages, as her slow enables her support to hit crucial skill shots on the enemy.

1. Nilah

Ah yes, Nilah. The champion no one picks, but also no-one wants to play against. I mean, it's understandable. She's kinda weird to play in comparison to the other marksman, but she is just OP.

Unlike what her build (Collector rush) suggests, she actually has a rather weak laning phase and her mid game just sucks. But as you level up faster because of your passive, you can force all-ins at level 2,3 and 6 while the enemy is still a level down. Your general goal in the laning phase is, to just get as much exp as possible, but don't get harassed.

If you can build a lead for yourself in the laning phase, nothing can stop you. Think of her ultimate like Diana's and press W as you go in. You will just one shot everybody.

Basically, Nilah is Samira 2.0. Funfact: Nilah is the hardest Counter into Samira.

Also her best bot lane partners are Sona and Taric and make sure to max E and buy Navoris after The Collector. My hidden tip is to buy an Essence Reaver as third item.

Now that we have looked at the S-Tier of LoL Patch 13.20, it is about time that we check out where some of your other favorite champions are. Which of these picks is your main?

Who Are Our A-Tier Bot Laners?

The A-Tier is still considered excellent. These are champions that you can easily pick and still win games. They're the ones you'll want to choose when the S-Tier are banned. So if you want to climb solo queue, then these are some picks you'll want to pick up this patch.

Swain is my personal best pick in the bot lane and I would love to place him into the S-tier. But as it can get a little rough with this champ when you don't know his exact limits, it's not that easy to pick up. He spikes extremely hard on Liandry's and then again on Rylais, but you need to snowball out of control in the mid game and end the match, otherwise the enemy ADC will just outscale you.

Seraphine and Ziggs are two pretty similar champs. They actually have a decent laning phase and scale extremely well. You can just be safe, so you allow your support to roam and influence the map.

Jhin, Miss Fortune and Ezreal are fan-favorites, that can also be extreme lane bullies if played well. Item wise, I would suggest to get Ghostblade and Essence Reaver on MF. I know it sounds a little weird, but it has an insane damage output and also MF is a pretty mana-hungry champ. For Ezreal, you should try third item Prowlers Claw. You will have your E pretty much in sync with the passive and it also applies onto your Q. Lethality is always good on Ezreal.

Who Are Our B-Tier Bot Laners?

The B-Tier consists of champions that are good, but won't have as much strength as either the A- or S-Tier — obviously. These are picks you can pick in specific match ups, but we suggest making sure you master the champion before choosing them.

Jinx's win rate increased by a lot in 13.20, so you can play her again without worries. She didn't quite make the jump to the higher tiers, but she is one of the most reliable mid game carries out there.

Cassiopeia on the other hand could make the jump to A-Tier, but it's just a little complicated to play her. You need to have good skills in ADC positioning while also using spells as your attacks.

Twitch can be a menace, but isn't as strong as he used to be. Although, if you have a Lulu premade and are good at attack moving, no one stops you from space-gliding into the faces of your enemies.

Who Are Our F-Tier Bot Laners?

These are the picks we advise you to forget about this patch. Either their win rates are abysmal or they were nerfed in the patch. So make sure to avoid picking these champions at all costs.

Same as last patch, Zeri is just bad right now. It's time for a rework, so she will be playable again.

Aphelios is a champ that often gets picked in competitive play. But unless you are Gumayusi or Ruler, you really shouldn't play him. Doesn't matter how confident you are or which Elo you play, just don't.

Varus and Lucian are two lane bullies, that just can't bully their lane effectively enough anymore and just get outscaled by basically every marksman. As both picks are extremely strong in competitive, we could see some buffs in the preseason.
