Once you met your chosen one, be sure to flirt with them if the opportunity arises, always be nice and defend them against other characters. Build a grounded foundation, be patient and answer your calls and texts, since no one want to be ghosted, right?

Whoever is left behind will at least appear in the credit scenes.

Since we already know that Solomon Reed or the top-tier netrunner Songbird aren't available for romantic relationships, we regret to inform you that there are no new potential love interests in Dogtown.

Panam is stick at a crossroads in life as you meet her. And you need to help her to get through it to finally deepen the bond and go into a relationship with her. But she is definitely a hard-to-get character.

Make sure to help him during the initial side quests, go to the correct farm, be supportive and someone he can lean on if things get messy.
Love Interest: Judy Alvarez

You'll already meet Judy in Act 1, as Evelyn (I feel personally connected to her) introduce you two. But you won't encounter her again until you reach "Automatic Love" in Act 2. You need to complete "Double Life" to meet Judy on a more personal level.
In order to deepen the bond, you need to complete each side quests she offers to you, only if reach the conclusion of the quest "Pyramid Song" you'll be able to make a move on her. Comfort her during the quest and choose "Touch" to kiss her, showing how you feel about her.
With this, everything is set in motion, and you can strive for a long-lasting relationship.
Love Interest: Kerry Eurodyne

Kerry is a rockstar who made a name for himself, even more than Johnny Silverhand was still at his side. Now he lives a socially reclusive life and you need to apprehend him directly to show him how you feel.
After you completed the quests "Second Conflict" and "A Like Supreme" Kerry will call you and this will start his personal character arc.
