Relics are the 6th Attribute implemented in Cyberpunk 2077. It's locked behind the Phantom Liberty DLC, which you'll unlock through the storyline. It focuses around different Cyberwares, and you'll unlock them by exploring Dogtown or participating in Phantom Liberty jobs. Here are all Relics:

  • Jailbreak – Unlocks new abilities for the Arm Cyberwares: Mantis Blade, Gorilla Arms, Projectile Launch System and Monowires.
  • Emergency Cloaking – Improves Optical Camo cyberware.
  • Limiter Removal – The shockwave from a charged Gorilla Arms attack now knocks down all enemies within range.
  • Sensory Protocol – After being seen, time is slowed down. Dodge or Dash out of the enemy's sight to immediately exit combat - cooldown 120 seconds.
  • Vulnerability Analytics – You can now detect Vulnerabilities in enemy armor and cyberware. Increasing your Crit Chance up to 100% and Armor penetration up to 25%.
  • Launch Capacity Override – Increases the number of Projectile Launch System charges by 1.
  • Machine Learning – Destroying enemies Vulnerability grants 5% Crit Damage against Vulnerabilities and 10% frequency of new Vulnerabilities appearing.
  • Data Tunneling – When an enemy is affected by a Monowire quickhack a normal Monowire attack will spread the quickhack to them.
  • Spatial Mapping – All Leap Attacks with Mantis Blades now cripple enemies and increases dismemberment chances.

There definitely are a lot of viable options, and it all depends on the build you want to play, but ultimately Vulnerability Analytics, Sensory Protocol and Jailbreak are our must-haves. While VA grants you a high Armor Penetration and a baffling increase in Crit Chance, Sensory Protocol gives you the emergency exit you need and Jailbreak unlocks different ways to approach the melee-combat.

Especially Mantis Blades benefits from the new Relic system. You can use a powerful charged Leap Attack that covers a +30m area, dealing devastating damage with a sweeping slash that hits the target and others nearby.

The Relics are nice-to-have and a great addition to the system, but don't be too sad about missing out on them, if you won't purchase the Phantom Liberty expansion.

And with this, you have a general understanding how each element works together. Some Attributes, Perk or Relics are unnecessary if you pursue a certain build.
