In Mirage, you'll find 21 towers to climb. 14 of these towers are in the main city Baghdad, while 7 are in the deserts of the Wilderness. One tower, which is located in the middle of the Round City, can't be reached until later in the game during a mission called “The Serpent's Nest”. But you can access the others right after finishing the prologue.

There are some more fast travel locations in the form of Hidden Ones' Bureaus. They can be activated in the same way as the towers, by visiting them. But since the map is relatively small, those Bureaus are often already quite close to the Towers.
So they don't give you a great time-save, but if you stumble across one, you should visit it to unlock the fast travel. You'll never know when you'll need it in your journey through the city of Baghdad in Assassin's Creed Mirage.
