Lords of the Fallen offers some great visuals, too good for some PCs to handle, a big, open world, an exciting dark fantasy world and tough-as-nails fights in typical Souls-like fashion. Navigating this huge world is not always easy though.

Thankfully, Lords of the Fallen offers fans a selection of maps, but... they're weird. We'll show you how to use these maps, and everything else you need to know about them.

How To Use Maps In Lords of the Fallen

Navigating the treacherous world of Lords of the Fallen can be a real challenge, especially without a readily available map. To help you find your way, the game provides map fragments. These fragments offer hints and clues to assist you in your journey. In this guide, we'll explain how to locate, examine, and utilize these map fragments.

Finding Map Fragments

Map fragments are key items scattered throughout the game world. You'll need to explore to discover them, but they're often easy to spot. Once you collect a map fragment, it's stored in your inventory under the Quest/Upgrade Materials section.

Examining Map Fragments

To read and use a map fragment, go to your Journal tab in your inventory. This tab contains all collected maps. While Lords of the Fallen doesn't provide detailed, interactive maps, these fragments serve as useful hints to guide you through the game's areas.
