Baldur's Gate 3 surprised most fans, since it is definitely more of an "adult" game than most were expecting at first. This liberal way of thinking was also brought over to the character creation in Baldur's Gate 3. Larian Studios decided to let us pick and choose what style of genitals we want, and even gives us different genital options depending on which race our character has.

Luckily, if you aren't a fan of nudity in games, Larian Studios have provided the opportunity to turn off nudity entirely, if you don't want to experience this kind of gameplay. If you're more thirsty than that, and a fan of adult themed content in Baldur's Gate 3, then you probably can't wait to read more about your genital options in the game.
Pick Your Own Genitals In Baldur's Gate 3
Larian have revealed that players will get to pick their character's genitals and pubic hair from a range of different styles in Baldur's Gate 3. You won't be allowed to choose the size of your genitals, but you do at least get to choose the shape. As Kotaku describe in their interview with lead designer Alena Dubrovina:
You can choose between a penis or a vagina, as well as pubic hair options. According to Dubrovina, the decision to add this option didn’t stem from the inclusion of sex scenes in romance subplots, but rather because the team decided to make underwear a piece of equipment you would obtain throughout the game, customize, and wear. She explained that underwear is an extension of the character customization as a form of in-universe expression.
“The question arose, ‘what happens when you take it off?’” she said. “At first we were like, ‘you know, maybe nothing’s gonna happen. Maybe we’re gonna have another underwear mesh under it. Who cares? But then I started thinking about it, talking about it, and we realized that for some players, it’s just another way to represent their identity.”
