After their god-mode EMEA journey, FPX now has completely changed their roster, now consisting of five aspiring Chinese players.
FPX is a renowned Valorant team with a significant presence in the competitive history of the game. They entered the Valorant scene in 2020 by acquiring a mix team from EMEA. Since then, they have experienced various ups and downs.

Until January 9th of this year, FPX operated as an EMEA team and had recognizable names in their roster. With that lineup, they earned nearly half a million dollars in prize money. Their previous EMEA roster achieved victory at Masters Copenhagen in 2022 and secured fourth place at VCT Champions in the same year.

FunPlus Phoenix in VCT 2023
The current "Chinese" roster of FPX will soon compete in the Champions 2023 China Qualifier, where they aim to restore their reputation and secure one of the three slots that lead to Los Angeles in August. Yuicaw has displayed impressive performances and is striving to establish himself as the team's star player.
