Since you have to pass under three bridges in total to complete the challenge, we advise you to land in Mega City. There are 4 bridges in this place, so all you have to do is jump into the river and follow it to complete the quest quickly.
If you want to avoid fights, you can alternatively land in the west of Mega City near the river. A few miles away, there are a total of four bridges over the river as well, so you'll just have to swim along it until the challenge is complete.
