Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom: Geoglyphs Explained
Geoglyphs in Zelda: TotK are large pieces of artwork etched into the grounds and mountains of Hyrule. The Geoglyphs are visible from the skies, and they are obviously inspired by the famous Nazca Lines that can be found in Peru.
In Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, players are meant to see the Geoglyphs while skydiving and move towards them. However, knowing the location of the Geoglyphs and where the Dragon Tears are within them can be helpful.
Starting the Geoglyphs Quest in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom
Early in the game, players can pick up a number of early-game quests at Lookout Landing, the first town you reach after the tutorial. One of the quests is categorized as one of the ‘Main Quests’ - Impa and the Geoglyphs. The quest takes place around the New Serenne Stable, west and slightly north of Lookout Landing.

In this quest, Impa explains the Geoglyphs and their secrets, guiding players to their first Dragon’s Tear memory. In order to trigger a memory, you have to find a filled-out tear within the Geoglyph and interact with it.
Once this memory is unlocked, players are free to discover the remaining 10 memories in any order they wish. Uncovering all the memories reveals some of the most exciting secrets of the Tears of the Kingdom storyline.

Zelda TotK Map: All Geoglyph Locations In Order
Here are the locations of the 12 discoverable Geoglyphs in Tears of the Kingdom, sorted by the chronological order of the memories. You can of course activate them in any order you want to, but since the memories are telling a consecutive story, we recommend sticking to the chronology.
Alternatively, you can also activate them randomly and always skip the cinematics when they start (press x and then +) until you've collected all memories. Then you can start them again in the menu (open up the map, navigate to Adventure Log and then to Memories).

Geoglyph #1
Placed at the Geoglyph's top in North Hyrule Plain, the first tear can be found near New Serenne Stable, and to the southwest of Lindor’s Brow Skyview Tower.
Geoglyph #2
The next Geoglyph can be found to the east of Rito Village in South-Western Hebra, located slightly north-west of where you found the first Geoglyph, at the center of it.

The third tear is located in Eastern Hyrule Field, a tad south of Eldin Canyon Skyview Tower, over the river and northward from Lanayru Wetlands. It resides at the Geoglyph's middle-center, and if you look closely, you'll see that the Geoglyph looks a bit like a Purah Pad or a Nintendo Switch.

The fourth Geoglyph can be discovered southeast of Hyrule Field, just over the river from Riverside Stable and Tajikats Shrine, and on the Central Hyrule side of the mountains separating it from Neclunda proper. The tear is positioned at the top-left corner (north-west) of the Geoglyph.

The fifth tear can be found in the South-West region of the map, right above the Gerudo desert. The memory is located in the upper center of the Geoglyph.
Geoglyph #6
Between Gerudo Highlands and Hyrule Ridge, around the map's Western side center, the sixth Geoglyph is placed on a minor mountain known as the Illumeni Plateau. The tear is at the Eastern/Right side, mid-way of the Geoglyph.

The seventh Geoglyph lies in the extreme South-East of Hyrule, on the curved peninsula to the east of Lurelin Village. The tear's location is the eastern (right-hand) guard of the blade.

Geoglyph #8
The eighth one is located on the utmost North of Hyrule, atop the Tabantha Tundra area, north-east of the Pikida Stonegrove Skyview Tower. The Tear can be found in the middle-west side of the Geoglyph.
Geoglyph #9
The ninth Geoglyph is situated at the map's middle, far-Eastern edge, on the landmass northeast of Mount Lanayru and its Skyview Tower or Southeast of Zora’s Domain. The tear is placed approximately one-third way up the Geoglyph, towards its eastern side.

Almost done – the tenth Geoglyph resides on the western flank of Lake Hylia, on the mountainside of Mount Faloraa in southern Hyrule. The ideal visual route would be from the west and slightly south of the Popla Foothills Skyview Tower. Don't try to cross the bridge especially when not geared up a lot yet, since there is a boss in the middle of it which will attack and likely kill you. The Tear can be found on the Geoglyph's far western middle.

The eleventh tear is situated directly above the Great Hyrule Forest, which lies west of Death Mountain's peak. It is almost under the Eastern Shadow of the Thyphlo Ruins Skyfall Tower. The Tear is positioned precisely at the blade's point.
The Final Memory
The last Dragon's Tea, unlike the other tears, will be marked on your map by the game. You'll find it in a distinct area with a swirling shape towards the eastern boundary of the Akkala region of the map, to the east of Tarrey Town and the Ulri Mountain Skyview Tower.
