LoL Patch 13.16 is going to nerf one of the most hated items in League of Legends since the 13.10 item rework.
Riot Games is finally going to do something about the most hated item in the game. All it took for them to finally address this issue was bruisers and tanks building the item to have it be nerfed. Thanks top lane mains for making this happen.
In the upcoming LoL Patch 13.16 Riot will be making sure to reel in the power of multiple champions and items, but one is sitting at the top of everyone's list and has most players celebrating. Which item? None other than Duskblade of Draktharr.
LoL Patch 13.16 Will Finally Nerf Duskblade
Duskblade has become the most annoying item in League of Legends. The untargetability it provides is obnoxious and has most League of Legends players crying when they see the enemy Master Yi or Talon build this item, especially in lower elos.

Since the item rework in LoL Patch 13.10, it's become the go-to item for assassin's since Riot quickly nerfed Ghostblade right after they turned the item into a mythic.
Recently though, not only assassin's have been building Duskblade. No, bruisers and tanks have also added the item to their inventory. These champions have also enjoyed the execution damage on abilities that the item gives, but now the balance team has had enough.
13.16! Duskblade is a hot topic as it's picking up on non-assassins like Illaoi, Aatrox, Yorick, etc. We're bringing down its power and bringing up some of the weaker items in the assassin system

Matt "Phroxzon" Leung-Harrison, the Lead Designer of the League Balance Team, has revealed that the item will be seeing a nerf. At what cost though?
Well, by nerfing Duskblade, the balance team will then be buffing some of the weaker assassin legendary items like Serpent's Fang, Prowler's Claw and such. This way assassin's won't lose all of their bite, but those non-assassin's buidling Duskblade will be hit.
