There have been rumors surrounding a new skin line and it seems that as we are approaching the 2023 League of Legends World Championship, more and more people have convinced themselves that we are getting a brand-new music group this year.

In 2018, when the World Championship took place in South Korea, K/DA made their debut and many fans believed that five years later in 2023, another new group would make their debut on the Worlds stage...

LoL: New Boy Group Rumored To Debut

There have been rumors surrounding a new musical act coming to the League of Legends universe for a while. K/DA and True Damage have rocked the stage at the World Championship before, but many fans have been asking for another group.

Now, it seems like Riot is going to be releasing a new boy group... if the rumors are correct. Not too long ago Korean pop group ATEEZ visited the Riot Games headquarters in Los Angeles, which got fans excited about a potential collab.

With NewJeans also singing the Worlds anthem, it only opens up the flood gates for a new male group to perform at the 2023 League of Legends World Championship finals.

Leakers have already revealed most of the lineup for the potential boy band that will take center stage at the World Championship, with four champions named, but a possible fifth member could be part of the group as well.

Some have also suggested a fifth champion will be part of the group so that one champion per role will receive a skin, so all we are missing is one support champion. Maybe Rakan or Braum?

For the event page of the LoL Worlds 2023 Event, Riot have also left open a spot for skins to be released in LoL Patch 13.22, which could suggest that the skins for Patch 13.21 will be a 'filler' skin line, with the ones for the end of Worlds – perfect in time for the finals – will be the boy band.
