The Striker has amazing damage and range for an SMG, and we think players of all skill level will do well with this weapon. Here is our favorite MW3 Striker loadout.
The UMP45 is back, now called the "Striker". Just like the UMP45 from MW2, the Striker has a low rate-of-fire but absurd damage and range for an SMG. The range might actually be problematic and it may get nerfed soon, but let's see.
In this article, you can find our favorite Striker loadout. We have taken attachments to increase the damage and range as much as possible, but honestly, even the default version of the Striker feels strong in MW3.

What we love about MW3 is that we can sacrifice "Tac Stance Spread" and get loads of useful benefits in exchange, and with the Striker this means we can get faster handling and greater range. The Striker already has fantastic range, but we can make it even more impressive with the long barrel and the High Grain ammunition. And you'll notice that for the attachments in this build we only need to level the Striker itself and the Rival.

The Striker could honestly be used like an AR with Stalker Boots, but we expect it to get a range nerf soon and so we advise just using it like a normal SMG for now. Hence, we've chosen Boots for added mobility (whether you slide-cancel or not), and Commando Gloves so that we can reload while sprinting.

The Striker is phenomenal and we hope you enjoy our multiplayer loadout for it. We do expect it to be nerfed a few times during MW3, but we would be surprised to ever see it completely fall by the wayside.
