Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2 Season 3 has finally launched. Besides tons of new features in the game, there will be a so-called Trophy Hunt Event. Here is everything you need to know!
Season 3 of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2 is now here! Fans can be excited about a lot of new features, such as new weapons, updated game modes, updated gameplay movement and much more.
To reward the Call of Duty community for being so patient with the game, there will be an event called Trophy Hunt.
What Is Trophy Hunt In MW2 & WZ2?
First things first, the event will begin mid-May after the launch of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2 Season 3 Reloaded.
It is a new temporary event where you can earn exclusive items such as blueprints, operator skins, XP tokens, and more by playing your favourite Call of Duty mode.
Throughout the event, when players get eliminated in any game mode, they will drop a trophy. Additionally, you can get even more trophies by completing specific tasks like opening supply boxes.
These trophies can be used to acquire items in the Events tab, such as Vehicle Skins, Weapon Blueprints, and surprisingly even Battle Pass Token Tier Skips. Once you've unlocked enough you will also get an exclusive Operator Skins.
- If you want to hunt those trophies, even better, it might be a good idea to use a controller with additional features. Maybe give the Xbox Elite Series S Controller a try!
MW2 & WZ2: Trophy Hunt Rewards
Trophy Hunt will be available in all game modes in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2.

One of the community's favourite weapon platforms, the TAQ-56, is the basis for the first Weapon Blueprint called the “Nightsting” Assault Rifle, which has five well-balanced attachments that make it suitable for Multiplayer and medium-range fights in Warzone 2.
On the other hand, the “Venom Strike” Assault Rifle is designed for quick handling and fighting multiple enemies, and is based on the special DMZ reward weapon platform.
Finally, as a completion reward for this event, there are two Operator Skins that can be obtained. You can collect 10 items to receive one Operator Skin, and if you collect all 15 items, you can get another Operator Skin.
