We have the best setup and loadout for the M13C assault rifle in Warzone 2. Somehow the M13C feels a bit redundant, but fun nonetheless.
The M13C is one of the new assault rifles in Season 5 of MW2 and Warzone 2. The new weapon feels a bit odd and somewhat redundant, but it's still fun to play. We already have the M13B in the game, which also offers a high fire rate and is more controllable at longer ranges. The M13C basically plays like a worse M13B, with less range and much worse recoil.
So, one could actually do without the M13C, but since we always want to level up all weapons, here's our preferred loadout and setup.

The M13C requires extended mags for Warzone – like all assault rifles. Apart from that, we need to increase the range and control the recoil. For the former, we use the longest barrel available, and for the latter, the muzzle and underbarrel. For really long distances, the M13C is unfortunately not very useful, but for medium distances, it's pretty decent.

Warzone 2 M13C Loadout: Secondary Weapon, Perks & Equipment
Secondary Weapon: MCPR-300
For our secondary weapon, we're going with a sniper, as the M13C works well as sniper support. If you're not comfortable with a sniper rifle, you might want to consider the Lachmann Sub, which is probably the best all-around SMG in the game.

Perks (Basic, Bonus & Ultimate)
Thankfully, we can select perks again:

Bomb Squad allows us to withstand a few more grenades. Overkill is necessary to carry two primary weapons. Quick Hands allows faster weapon switching, and Ghost makes us invisible to UAVs and heartbeat sensors.
Equipment
As for the equipment, we recommend:

Flashbangs are invaluable in Warzone 2, as they allow you to quickly disorient your opponents, giving you a few seconds of advantage. Semtex, on the other hand, is useful for destroying vehicles or surprising enemies behind cover.
The M13C is definitely not the best assault rifle in Warzone 2, but it's still worth a try if you're looking for something new. With the right setup, it can be quite powerful, especially at medium ranges.
