If you just focus on the main story, it should take you around 30 hours. This was confirmed by the head of developer HexWorks, Saul Gascon. In an interview with mp1st he responded to the question of how long it would take a player to beat the campaign by saying:

The single player experience for us, like we know whatever enemy spawns, we know everything about it, think around 25 hours. For a new player it’s gonna be somewhere around the 30 or more.

In a Reddit-FAQ, the developers say that a full playthrough might take more around 35-40 hours. If you're someone who likes getting all the achievements in a game, it will take you even longer.
