According to the latest leaks, Epic Games is developing rideable, flying animals for Fortnite! Here's everything you need to know about the flying mounts in Chapter 4!
Since Chapter 3, Season 3 Fortnite players have been able to ride animals! Before it happened, leaks were circulating on the internet that this feature could be soon have added to the island - when it was finally released, players were more than hyped. But if that impressed you, hold on. Because now leaks are pointing that there will even be flying mounts in Fortnite Chapter 4, Season 1!
Flying mounts are coming to Fortnite
A Twitter post from our good friend and king of Fortnite leakers, HYPEX, claims that Epic Games is working on "rideable, flying beasts" for Fortnite.

You will be able to Boost & Idle. And it's most likely what that "Saddle" gappler-looking item is for.
Apparently, players will be able to boost the animal for more speed and fly on "idle". Idling would likely mean the mount could hover in the air to allow players to shoot more accurately or throw items. Earlier, an item that looked like a saddle in Fortnite was leaked. Presumably this item could be related to the flying mounts.
We don't know what kind of animals it could be. Fantasy figures such as dragons or a Pegasus would be possible. Or maybe Fortnite reinvents itself and brings a flying llama into play. The possibilities are endless and we will see, what will happen in Fortnite Chapter 4, Season 1.
