How Many Skins in League of Legends?
It's hard to not encounter skins in League of Legends, since they are basically everywhere. You can buy them for your Champions and even for Wards. And after more than a decade on the market, you have a huge amount of them to chose from.
There have been entire Skinlines, like the pool party collection. And there are more and more with every passing month. Some champs are blessed with dozens of skins, especially the popular ones, looking at your Ahri.

And then there are chromas, these are not "real" skins but slight adjustments for a skin, like different colors and so on. If you count them in, the number would increase a lot. But we don't do this here!
At the end of 2019, Riot Games released their 1,000th skin and many more have followed since. According to the popular League of Legends wiki site leagueoflegends.fandom there are 1,549 skins in the game (June 2023).

Let's take a look at some facts about skins in League of Legends.
Lux and Miss Fortune are not just two of the older Champions in LoL, they are the champs with the most skins as well. Both of them have 19 skins, Lux got one just a few days ago.
There are 4 champions with just one skin to their name, these are Bel'Veth, Milio, Nilah and Naafiri. Not a good sing for the overall popularity of these rather new champs, Naafiri wasn't even released yet.
The champion with the most available skins at the moment is Ahri, with 15 purchasable skins. Meanwhile, posses Sivir, together with Warwick, the most "rare" Skins in the game. Both of them currently have three.
