Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 2 is upon us and players are eagerly awaiting the start of the new season. But before that happens, there is another big tournament coming up.
Brazilian YouTuber Flakes Power recently received his own Icon skin and a Fortnite Cup where you could win his outfit for free. But he upped the ante by announcing his own Flakes Power Deathrun Cup with an impressive $10,000 prize pool. We have all the details for you.
Flakes Power Deathrun Cup Schedule
You can participate in the Deathrun Cup until March 4th, 03:59 am (23:59 GRT). That means you have a little less than 24 hours to complete the challenge.
Flakes Power Deathrun Cup Map Code & Participation
The Deathrun Map code is 5166-1256-8261.
You can simply enter the code in the Fortnite island code tab and thus join the creative island. Make sure to record your deathrun via your PC or console as you will need to upload your best time to YouTube and tag Flakes Power in order to enter the tournament.
The video must be uploaded to YouTube with the timestamp and hashtag #FlakesDeathrun3 in either the title or description. An example title for this would be: "I'm playing #FlakesDeathrun3 in 7:40 minutes".
Flakes Power Deathrun Cup Rules
The following are the Official Rules of the Fortnite Tournament:
- All participants must be 13 years of age or older.
- The competitor must record the complete video of the run without any cuts or edits.
- The video must be uploaded to YouTube by March 4th, 03:59 am (23:59 GRT).
- In the description of your video, you must provide your contact email.
- All phases must be completed entirely within the established path.
- Any use of cheats will automatically disqualify the player.
- The official time of the run is displayed at the end of the course by the in-game timer.
- The competitor with the lowest total time will be declared the winner.
- In the event of a tie between two or more participants, the time at which the video was published on YouTube will decide.
- Winners will receive the prize directly through EPIC Games and it is necessary to keep all tax information up to date in order for billing to occur.
Flakes Power Deathrun Cup Prize Breakdown
The $10,000 prize will be split among the top 5 according to the following placement:- $4,000
- $3,000
- $1,500
- $1,000
- $500
