OTW was the kick-off promo for the new FIFA Ultimate Team season. As they get upgraded over the whole season you can always check back here and see the latest upgrades.

Ones to Watch In FIFA 23

Ones to Watch cards are special cards for FIFA Ultimate Team. Because they are dynamic, they can always improve through upgrades over the whole year. OTWs celebrate players who were transferred in the summer transfer window.

Ones to Watch In FIFA 23: Upgrades Explained

Ones to Watch upgrades can be explained quickly: If a player receives a Team of the Week card, the OVR of the OTW card increases to this rating. Also, if a player gets a Man of the Match card, the OTW version gets better.

And we also got the "Wins to Watch Upgrade" this year. If an OTW player's team wins 3 out of 8 league games, they got upgrades.

OTW Release Date

OTW Team 1 was released with the launch of the new FIFA on September 30. A mini-release – which dropped on October 2 – as well as a few SBCs that completed the first FUT event of FIFA 23.

Nations to Watch Upgrades

Additionally, OTW stars which nations played in the World Cupgot additional upgrades if their national team won at least one match in Qatar. And all of them did!
