Coven is one of the most interesting skin lines in League of Legends and in 2023 it is making a return. Some of the champions that will be getting Coven skins have already leaked as well!
Coven is one of the most beloved and interesting skin lines in League of Legends. Having expanded into other universes as well, like Eclipse and Old God. Now in 2023, it seems like we're getting even more Coven skins to join the already gorgeous bunch.
Which ladies would fit into the Coven universe that are still missing? There are quite a few and Riot is going to give fans new high fashion skins to some champions that deserve brand-new skins in the game.
LoL Coven Skins: Champions Leaked
Unfortunately, we do not know what the new Coven skins will look like, but we can already envision them in our mind. Why? Because well-known League of Legends content creator and leaker BigBadBear has revealed a list of champions that will likely be getting skins in this universe.
He has named five champions that should be getting Coven skins this year, and even hinted at one or two champions possibly getting a legendary skin as well.
- Coven Nilah
- Coven Elise
- Coven Syndra
- Coven Nami
- Coven Akali
On September 25, 2023, we got even more leaks about the upcoming Coven skins. According to these leaks, there is one more skin set to release with the aforementioned ones. It won't be another female, though, as "Old God Mordekaiser" is set to debut alongside the five Covens as well!

It was reported by SkinSpotlights on Twitter that Nami will be the champion that is going to receive a legendary skin. Fans were eager to find out whether Nami or Syndra would be the lucky one, but if SkinSpotlights is right, we now know for sure.

One thing that is also odd is that Akali should be getting a Coven skin as well. She is also primed to be one of the champions receiving a prestige skin in 2023, which is supposed to come out around the same time as the LoL Worlds event.
This could either mean that Akali will be getting two skins close to one another, or that Coven is going to be released around the same time as the League of Legends World Championship.
LoL New Coven Skins: Rumored Trailer Release
Even though the rumors about the coven skins have been around for a couple of months now, it was only on September 25, 2023, that we got some more information about the possible Coven comeback. According to BigBadBear and SkinSpotlights the trailer for the new Coven skins is set to release on September 25 as well, around 4 p.m. BST / 8 a.m. PDT.
It is important to note that these are just leaks, so anything is still possible to change. Still, if the trailer is set to release today, we can expect these skins to be inside the game very soon. We'll keep you updated as soon as the trailer drops!
